Studying Applied Physiology has been a truly transformative experience for me — both personally and professionally. It felt like stepping through a portal into a deeper understanding of myself, while also being introduced to some of the most advanced and effective techniques in the field of Kinesiology.
What I love most is how seamlessly it weaves together the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with foundations from modern science. It’s a rare blend that feels both expansive and grounded, intuitive yet methodical. Each technique is taught with such mindfulness and presence that the learning feels embodied, not just intellectual.
Unlike other trainings where I felt the need to seek out additional courses to fill the gaps, the International Institute of Applied Physiology provided everything I needed to feel truly confident and competent. From the moment I graduated, I was ready to open my practice and begin working with clients — with clarity, skill, and trust in the tools I’d learned.
This journey has not only expanded my capabilities as a practitioner — it’s changed how I relate to my own body, energy, and emotional landscape. I’m deeply grateful for the depth, care, and integrity of this work.

Becoming a student of Applied Physiology – Kinesiology has been a truly life-changing experience for me. From the very beginning, this journey brought so much joy, love, and a renewed sense of purpose into my life. I felt my energy return, and I developed the ability to recognize and shift negative and unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I’ve learned how to protect myself—internally and externally—and how to stand in my truth with confidence and clarity.
As I grow into the role of a Kinesiologist, I’m deeply grateful for the transformation I’ve experienced and for the tools I now carry to help others heal.
The most beautiful part and the greatest gift has been the mentorship of Sherril Taylor. Her presence and guidance have been a true blessing.

I feel blessed and truly grateful to have come across this advanced Kinesiology course - Applied Physiology. It has helped me rediscover myself when I couldn't really point out what it was that was wrong and why everything felt so dull and meaningless. When I started learning Applied Physiology, I thought I was doing it to help my clients which I eventually did but first and foremost I helped myself undo years of conditioning and behaviour patterns.
And the way this course has been taught by Sherril ma'am has enabled me to impart the same kindness, passion, and compassion that she embodies during class and even otherwise.
