Instructor Pathway

Become an IIAP Instructor

Are you ready to share your passion for Applied Physiology with the world?
At IIAP.Global, we believe teaching is not only about passing on knowledge, but about holding space for transformation. Our instructors teach with heart, awareness, and depth, guiding students to connect with themselves as much as with the material.

We also recognise that every culture and community carries its own wisdom, rhythms, and ways of learning. As an instructor, you are invited to honour the uniqueness of the people you teach, while bringing them the universal principles of Applied Physiology. In this way, your teaching becomes a meeting point—where tradition and innovation, local and global, inner and outer, come together in harmony.

As part of our team, you will receive training, mentorship, and support from a worldwide community of teachers. You are not only sharing techniques, but you are also helping students step into greater awareness, balance, and possibility.

The IIAP Instructor Training Pathway

Your pathway begins with one of our introductory classes: the three-day Attitude with Essence class or the six-day 7 Chi Keys class. These courses are designed not only to teach our content, but to invite awareness and observation—qualities at the core of meaningful kinesiology practice.

After this first step, you repeat the class in person, allowing the material to settle more deeply and giving yourself time to embody the practices. You then attend an Instructor Training class with a Lead Trainer, either online or in person, where you learn to guide students with clarity, presence, and confidence.

From here, you begin to teach in your own community, sharing your skills and wisdom with at least ten students each year. Throughout this process, you are not alone—you are supported within a circle of mentorship and care as a valued member of our global team.

The Instructor Experience

To be an IIAP Instructor is to walk alongside your students as they discover the beauty and depth of Applied Physiology. It is an experience of connection—between teacher and student, between tradition and innovation, and between the inner and outer worlds of learning.

You receive the support of experienced Lead Trainers, ongoing updates to course materials, and the friendship of a worldwide network of instructors who share the same mindful vision. Most of all, you experience the fulfilment of witnessing transformation—both in yourself and in those you teach.

Growing into a Diploma Instructor

For those called to go deeper, the next step is to become a Diploma Instructor. Once you have completed the full IIAP Diploma, you repeat each module, starting with AP1, and attend the Instructor Training for each one. This gradual process allows you to embody the material at a deeper level while preparing to guide others through the full Diploma pathway.

Teaching in Your Country

Every country and community has its own rhythm, traditions, and ways of learning. As an IIAP Instructor, you are encouraged to honour the cultural needs of your students while sharing the universal principles of Applied Physiology.

We support you to meet your country’s teaching requirements, while encouraging you to weave respect, awareness, and sensitivity into the way you hold your classes. In this way, your teaching becomes a bridge, rooted in the uniqueness of your culture yet connected to a worldwide vision of healing and learning and transforming.

Why Teach with IIAP.Global?

When you teach with IIAP.Global, you are stepping into a living community that values mindful observation, compassionate teaching, and global connection. You are guided by mentorship, supported with resources, and connected to instructors worldwide who share your vision.
