IT1 – Introductory Class

IT1 trains you to teach Attitude with Essence (AWE), the welcoming doorway into Applied Physiology. This introductory class gives new students their first experience of observation, energy awareness, and the AP approach.

In this training you’ll:

• Learn to create a safe and engaging first-class environment.
• Practice introducing foundational concepts in an inspiring, accessible way.
• Develop skills for guiding brand-new students with clarity and patience.
• Cultivate your ability to spark curiosity and encourage students to continue their AP journey.

By the end of IT1, you’ll be able to deliver AWE with warmth and confidence, ensuring students feel excited to step into the world of Applied Physiology.
