IT2 – Teaching Foundations

IT2 is your first step into the world of teaching Applied Physiology. Over nine days, you’ll learn how to introduce students to the AP1 Stress Observation Foundation Module with confidence and presence.

This training supports you in:

• Holding a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Demonstrating and teaching foundational techniques clearly.
• Guiding students to explore muscle monitoring with accuracy and curiosity.
• Building your teaching confidence through practice, feedback, and reflection.

By the end of IT2, you’ll feel ready to teach your first AP1 class. You’ll know how to create a space where new students feel welcome, inspired, and excited to continue their AP journey.
