For years, I looked strong and joyful on the outside — but inside I felt lost and unworthy. Even after 15 beautiful years in Australia, surrounded by love and friendship, I couldn’t escape the pain I carried. Eventually, my body spoke through illness: an autoimmune disease that became the wake-up call I never expected. That moment changed everything. I chose healing. I chose me. Through Applied Physiology, I began to truly live. I learned to love myself, value who I am, and embrace my purpose: helping others reconnect with their joy, health, and inner strength. I am deeply passionate about Applied Physiology and excited to be organising the Diploma Program for Portugal, bringing this life-changing work to more people. Now, living in Portugal with my family, I move through life with passion, clarity, and deep gratitude. I believe healing is possible for everyone — and that the most powerful journey begins within.
