2026 Program Structure
The program combines in-person modules and online learning to provide a comprehensive foundation in Applied Physiology and professional practice.
Modules included:
- AP1: Stress Observation Foundation – 12 days, in person
- AP2: Electro-Magnetic Observation – 12 days, in person
- AP8: Communication – 2 half-days online
- AP9: Business Management – 2 half-days online
The in-person modules are offered in two locations, each with its own schedule:

The online modules are the same for both locations. This format allows you to experience the AP Launch Program as a complete, cohesive learning journey, while choosing the location and schedule that best suits you.

- Observing stress patterns in the body and understanding their impact on health and behaviour
- Muscle monitoring to observe the relationship between muscular and nervous systems and organ function
- Working with the body’s systems through a mindful, integrative approach
- Acupuncture meridian theory, including anatomical point location and acu-point stimulation within the 7 Chi Keys chakra–acupuncture system
- Understanding meridian pathways and energetic balancing principles
- Using tuning forks for resonance, regulation, and energetic support
- Magnetic techniques, including Figure 8 energy patterns for integration and flow
- Foot and hand reflexology to support whole-body balance
- Basic massage techniques to assist structural release and physical integration
- Flower essences as supportive tools for emotional and energetic balance
- Genealogy-based affirmations to shift inherited belief patterns
- Supporting returning clients and tracking progress over time
- Communicating with clarity, presence, and professionalism

You will receive a Certificate in Applied Physiology for Provisional Practice.
Completing the AP Launch Program allows you to:
